More Information

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was created for individuals who intend to immigrate to the United States by investing between $500,000 - $1 million of capital in a new or existing business in the USA that will create at least 10 full-time jobs for US workers.

Why Choose Us To Represent Your EB-5 Case

In 1990, Congress introduced the EB-5 Program in order to stimulate the U.S. economy and boost job creation, while allowing eligible foreign nationals to directly invest $500,000 or $1,000,000 in a new commercial enterprise or pre-approved regional center, which invests in a new commercial enterprise. As of November 21, 2019, the minimum investment amounts have been increased to $900,000 and $1,800,000, respectively.

Foreign nationals can bring their immediate family members with them – a spouse and unmarried children under 21 – to enjoy the freedom of living, studying, working, or retiring in America.

Employment Based Immigration

Permanent Residency Through U.S. Employment

Each fiscal year, 140,000 foreign nationals get an opportunity to obtain U.S. permanent residency through employment.

In order to qualify for an employment-based green card, a foreign national must have relevant educational and professional background and secure a full time job offer from a U.S. employer who will be willing to sponsor an immigrant visa petition for the candidate.

In majority of cases, this is a complex process that includes dealing with labor certification application and approval, posting job listings and advertising the vacancy in local media outlets, interviewing other potential candidates for the position and providing evidence that U.S. workers are not qualified enough to meet the position requirements.

This gives you another chance to submit new critical facts and evidence for review and evaluation by the Immigration Court.

It is important to note that a Motion to Reopen must be filed within 90 days of the original judge’s decision. Once an appeal is filed with BIA, you will be allowed to remain in the United States.
